What information does Florida Center for Recovery collect and for what purpose?

We collect non-sensitive, contact information whenever someone fills out a contact form asking for more information, addiction treatment assistance or when someone subscribes to our newsletter which are specifically mentioned. Included in all newsletters received from us is an opt-out option button which gives you the option of opting-out at any time. If you have any transactional relationship with Florida Center for Recovery you may still receive messages or e-mails regarding our professional relationship.

We will not share, sell or send any information collected in this manner to any third party.

Exceptional Disclosures

There are exceptional situation involving an emergency or legal situation that by law it may be necessary for us to disclose contact information submitted to us. This can occur in the event a mental health emergency or a law enforcement or court request.
